Your primary care is included. Non-Medicare members pay no visit fees. For Medicare members, membership covers access and clinical care is billed to Medicare.

Dr. Lopez is credentialed at Methodist Hospitals and personally manages your inpatient care. During planned absences, Complete Care Medical Associates — a trusted hospital-based physician group — provides coverage with his involvement. We coordinate Methodist admission whenever clinically appropriate.
Reach your physician by phone or secure message from anywhere. Telemedicine visits while traveling, where licensure permits, along with prescription coordination and specialist referrals.
When specialists are needed, we manage every step — the referral, direct communication with your specialist, records transfer, and follow-up. You are never left to navigate the system alone.
When you cannot come to us, we come to you. Home visits are included when clinically appropriate — for members who are ill, recovering, or unable to travel to the office.
Supplements at our cost. We do not mark up or profit from supplement sales. When we recommend one, we tell you what the evidence shows and where it is thin. You pay what we pay.
Access to laboratory testing at negotiated cash rates — particularly valuable for members without insurance or with high-deductible plans.
