Sereno Medicine starts at $125 per month — below the typical San Antonio concierge rate. We keep pricing straightforward and deliver the full physician relationship: direct access, extended visits, coordination, and continuity. Members who contribute above the floor support sponsored memberships for patients experiencing hardship.
Your physician does not know what any patient pays. All tier placement is handled by staff. Every member receives the same standard of care.
Membership
$125/mo
$1,500 per year
Full clinical care, direct physician access, same-day appointments, care coordination, and hospital advocacy. Contribute above the floor to fund the Sereno Sponsors Program.
Family Add-On
$50/mo
per dependent, ages 17–26
Full clinical care for dependents of any current member. Same access, same physician. Transitions to standard membership at age 26.

Sponsor Progress
15% of our panel is currently reserved for sponsored memberships. Our goal is 20%. Every dollar above the $125 floor directly funds this program.
All memberships require monthly autopay. Spouses pay the full membership rate. No limit to the number of dependents per household at the family add-on rate, so long as at least one adult in the household is a full-rate member.
If the membership rate creates a genuine hardship, please contact our office. We will never turn someone away from great medical care because of money.
