Sponsored members receive the same physician, the same access, and the same standard of care. Your physician does not know what any patient pays. We currently reserve 15% of our panel for sponsored memberships, with a goal of 20%.
We believe excellent care should not depend entirely on income. If you or someone you know is experiencing hardship and needs a physician, please reach out.
How It Works
Dr. Lopez does not know what any patient pays. Tier placement is handled exclusively by administrative staff. Clinical decisions are identical regardless of membership tier.
Every dollar a member contributes above the $125 monthly floor flows directly to the Sereno Sponsors fund. No outside grants, no corporate sponsorship, no nonprofit overhead. Members fund this program, and members own it.
Sponsored memberships are reserved for patients who demonstrate genuine hardship. Verification is handled privately by staff. The Practice reserves up to 15% of its active panel for sponsored memberships, with a stated goal of 20%.
